How to fix it
Enable automatic minor version upgrade for your DMS replication instances to ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest security patches and improvements.
- Navigate to the AWS DMS console
- Go to the Replication instances section
- Select the replication instance that needs auto minor version upgrade
- Modify the replication instance
- In the 'Maintenance' section, enable 'Auto minor version upgrade'
- Choose whether to apply changes immediately or during the maintenance window
- Save the configuration changes
- Verify that automatic minor version upgrade is now enabled
